About
I am embarking on a year of volunteer work with CUSO-VSO. Originally, my locational options were wide open. I left myself open to where my skills would be most useful and am now in Kingston, Jamaica. For the next year, I will be working with a small, NGO called Youth Opportunities Unlimited developing employment and mentoring programs for youth. In addition, I will be exploring, broadening, doing, feeling, meeting, and all other such wonderful things.
These are my perspectives on all of that — the twists and turns, the ups and downs, the unknowing and uncertainity, the joys and surprises of putting yourself into the unknown. My thoughts will come “from the windowseat”. From my small, magical corner in the hustle of Kingston where life slows down and a breeze blows steady.
